Mirella Breda has been a leading creative in UK unscripted for over 20 years.

Prior to setting up Seamonster in 2025 she was Chief Creative Officer at Lime Pictures.

As a show runner, creative director and former BBC commissioning editor she has forged a reputation for delivering ambitious, creative unscripted formats for all the major broadcasters.  Her many credits include Big Brother, Total Wipeout, Room 101, Stars in Their Eyes, Comic Relief, Tenable and Soccer Aid to name a few.

Sam Pollard is a multiple award-winning developer who has created a portfolio of groundbreaking unscripted formats in the UK and internationally. Sam is the originator of shows including the RTS Best Entertainment Show Release the Hounds, the 12-series big money game show Who Dares Wins, the critically-acclaimed Singing in the Rainforest, the ITV primetime satirical slapstick game show Bigheads, the cult international sport-comedy hit Man v Fly, and the show which launched Joel Dommett as a host, Hey Tracey!, among many others.

Sam has built a reputation for creating exciting, dramatic, conversation-provoking and occasionally controversial ideas and for his desire to push innovation, novelty and change. He has headed development teams at Lime Pictures, Stellify Media and Gogglebox Entertainment, and has worked at 12 Yard Productions, Shine Television and the BBC. He also ran a previous production company, Dr Pluto Films, between 2016 and 2021.
